AEW Double or Nothing 2025 Results in Massive Injury List; Young Bucks, Ospreay Among Those Affected
AEW’s Double or Nothing this past weekend may have delivered unforgettable action, but it also left several top stars dealing with injuries and medical evaluations. The show featured brutal contests like Anarchy In The Arena, a Stretcher Match, and the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament Finals — leaving a significant chunk of the AEW roster banged up.
Extensive Injury Evaluations Underway
According to Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp, numerous wrestlers are currently awaiting medical clearance. Sapp reported that the number of talent requiring evaluation is “the most extensive it’s been in a long time.”
Among the most notable names are Matt and Nick Jackson of the Young Bucks, who suffered injuries during the chaotic Anarchy In The Arena match. There is backstage concern over Nick Jackson, with fears he may have suffered a concussion. However, there is no official confirmation at this time.
Positive News for Ospreay & Jamie Hayter
Fans also had concerns for Will Ospreay and Jamie Hayter, both of whom competed in physically intense Owen Hart Tournament Final matches.
Thankfully, updates indicate both superstars are doing fine. Ospreay is confirmed to be traveling to AEW Dynamite in El Paso, Texas, while Hayter told Fightful she is “totally fine” after her hard-hitting match with Mercedes Moné.
What’s Next for AEW Dynamite?
As of now, Josh Alexander vs Brody King in the AEW International Title 4-Way Qualifier is the only match officially announced for Dynamite. More bouts are expected to be revealed as talents get medically cleared.
Other advertised appearances include:
“Hangman” Adam Page, who will appear live following his Owen Hart Foundation Tournament win.
Mercedes Moné & Toni Storm, who will go face-to-face in what promises to be an explosive segment.
