Hulk Hogan Tribute Opens the Show
Triple H stood with WWE legends including Sgt. Slaughter, Jim Duggan, and Ted DiBiase to lead a 10-bell salute in honor of Hulk Hogan. Fans responded with thunderous “Hogan” chants.
A beautiful tribute video aired featuring clips from Hogan’s WWF run, his WrestleMania 18 clash with The Rock, and his WWE Hall of Fame induction. Triple H declared, “Hulkamania will live forever.”
Logan Paul Hosts ImPaulsive, Jelly Roll & Orton Interrupt
Logan Paul trashed his hometown of Cleveland while promoting his podcast. Just as he mocked the fans, Jelly Roll interrupted, calling Logan a “punk-ass b***h” and standing up for underdogs across the world.
Logan tried to shut him down, but the arena erupted when Randy Orton’s theme hit. Orton laid into McIntyre while Jelly Roll hit Paul with a Bossman Slam. The segment teased a blockbuster SummerSlam tag match.
Andrade & Rey Fenix Hype Their Tag Title Challenge
A pre-taped vignette aired showing Andrade and Rey Fenix declaring their mission: “We will become WWE Tag Team Champions. The Wyatt Sicks won’t stop us.”
Alexa Bliss vs Roxanne Perez
Roxanne Perez (representing Judgment Day) battled Alexa Bliss in a fast-paced opener. Both went for early roll-ups, but interference from Raquel Rodriguez gave Perez the upper hand.
Despite Charlotte Flair’s efforts to neutralize the chaos, Perez used a ropes-assisted roll-up to steal the win. Bliss suffered a bloody nose, setting up tension ahead of SummerSlam.

Jade Cargill vs Chelsea Green
After Green insulted Cargill backstage, calling her “stupid and slow,” Cargill responded with fists. The Queen of the Ring dominated from the bell with a pump kick, fallaway slam, and ended it with Jaded.

Post-match, Alba Fyre and Piper Niven attacked Jade until Tiffany Stratton ran in to even the odds. Jade grabbed Stratton’s title, teasing a championship clash down the line.
Alexa & Charlotte Backstage
A bloodied Bliss was comforted by Flair, who told her, “This can’t happen at SummerSlam.” Flair promised they’d be partners now—but friends after they win.
Hulk Hogan Flashback
Footage from Hogan’s 1984 MSG match vs. The Iron Sheik aired, showing the moment Hulkamania was born.
Cody Rhodes Tribute & John Cena Message
Cody Rhodes honored Hulk Hogan as “the original.” He then addressed John Cena, calling him out ahead of their Undisputed WWE Title match.
Rhodes said, “If this is Cena’s last SummerSlam, I want him to fight like it’s his first.” He demanded the real Cena step up—not the one “counting the days till he’s out.”
Jacob Fatu & Miz Promo
Fatu cut a gritty promo, saying Solo Sikoa betrayed him. The Miz interrupted, calling himself “the main character” and challenged Fatu to a match on his home turf—Cleveland.

Miz gave a spirited performance in front of his hometown crowd, but Fatu’s raw power was too much. After a Pop-Up Samoan Drop, Fatu scored the win.

Backstage, B-Fab called for a new strategy against the Wyatt Sicks. Tension rose between Street Profits and #DIY, who claimed they would “fix” everything at SummerSlam.
Hogan Slams Andre – WrestleMania Flashback

Zelina Vega Confronts Giulia
